End of August was, for many TREFFPUNKT students, the highlight of the year: the Sandkerwa, the largest street festival in downtown Bamberg.
Festivals in Bavaria
What's going on there? Party, fun, music, spectacles and, of course, local specialities. After this summer "madness", a slightly quieter time begins with September. Our German learners usually take advantage of the relative calm to study even more intensively and to discover the town's beauty during their free time. At the end of September, the university students return to town from their holidays with the start of the new semester. From then on the calendar of events offers more variety again: concerts, festivals, plays, tours, readings and, typical for Bamberg, bock beer tapping, a new highlight of local culture! Very interesting for all students, too. But first, however, learning is called for: here the link to our program:
We are always delighted when students report on their experiences in Bamberg, at TREFFPUNKT and in Germany. This month four people from the U.S., the UK, Italy and Sweden sent us their feedback. >>>www.german-language-school-review.com
German and English learning online
More and more people learning foreign languages add to their on-campus German or English course by enrolling in an online language course. Our experience has shown that one-on-one online training is the method by which the students not only learn the fastest by far, but that the lessons are also great fun;-). If you are still unsure whether this teaching medium is right for you, you had best start with the two-hour trial at a special rate: >>> German Online Courses www.learn-german-via-skype.com >>> English Online Courses www.learn-english-via-skype.com
