Conditions of payment

• You enrol in the German course by filling in our online enrolment form and pay a deposit of € 150. The deposit includes the enrolment fee of € 52 which needs to be paid on a yearly basis independent of the type and length of the course. The remaining € 98 are subtracted from the final invoice. Choose between 2 payment methods

• For payment of course fees and accommodation you have 3 options:
  • You will receive an invoice from us beforehand and you choose to transfer the full amount before the course starts.
  • You pay in cash at the school on your first course day.
  • You pay the full amount by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) beforehand or during the first course week plus 3% commission.
• All former TREFF PUNKT students save 50% on the enrolment fee, if they return more than 12 months after their last course. There is no enrolment fee if they return within the 12 month period.
• Unless otherwise arranged, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the course and accommodation fees if cancellation occurs less then 11 days before the course commences. If cancellation is less then 6 days before the start of the course or after the course has started, 100% of the course accommodation fees must be paid. It is possible to transfer your enrolment to another person for the same course dates.
• With multiple bookings we offer a discount. Ask for our Corporate rates, if your company would like to train several employees at the same time or within one calendar year.
• We also offer individual crash or refresher courses, for example, over a long weekend. We would be happy to provide you with more detailed information. Please send us your enquiry.

General terms and conditions

• Applicants must be 18 years old or over.
• Course fees contain the tuition as booked, course material, placement test, interim exams, certificate, personal all-round service and three leisure activities per week.
• One ‘teaching hour’ of class lasts 45 minutes.
• The maximum number of participants is limited to 8 students. During the summer months of June, July and August we can occasionally enlarge groups for a few days up to a maximum of 10 participants. On average you can reckon on about 5 participants per group.
• No classes take place on public holidays, but 50% of missed training will be recuperated.
• No reimbursement will be made for tuition which is missed due to the participant's own action.
• # Course fees and private accommodation must be paid in full on the first course day.
• All bank fees will be charged to you.
• We reserve the right to change the course programme and reduce the hours if there are less than 3 participants within one group.
• You accept liability for any damages you may cause in the school, in the house or to the property of the landlord.
• The school, or any person working for the school cannot be made liable for the loss of personal property.
• If you participate in leisure activities offered by TREFF PUNKT you do so at your own personal risk. The school or any private person working for the school cannot be made liable for accidents or damage of personal property. We therefore strongly recommend that you make your own insurance arrangements, in particular health, accident and personal liability insurance, which you can take out when booking a course with us.
• Arrival and departure:
  If private accommodation is chosen, your room is available one day before course start, i.e. on Sunday. After the last course day on Friday, you can remain in your accommodation until Saturday.

Enrolment

Your application is binding after you have made a transfer of the deposit of € 150 at least 7 days before the start of the course. You have 4 payment options:
